How To Begin Using E&I Contracts

Beginning to use E&I contracts is a simple process that requires the completion of two short online forms:

  • A Membership Application (this allows you to become an E&I Member)
  • A Member Registration (this allows you to view the “Members Only” areas of the E&I website, which contains E&I’s proprietary contract information)


How to complete a Membership Application

  1. Visit this link:
  2. Choose between the two membership options, based on which works best for you.
  3. Fill in your information.
  4. In the Referral Information section of the form, please choose “Other” in the dropdown menu and specify “CCCS” in the provided field.


How to complete a Member Registration

  1. Visit this link:
  2. Fill in your information.


***Please note that E&I has recently launched a new website. Anyone who has previously completed these two forms does NOT need to fill them BOTH out again. They only need to submit a new Member Registration form so that they can regain access to the website.***
