A NOTE FROM THE PRESIDENT – It will come as no surprise to you that healthcare premiums will continue to rise into 2016, with claim trends exceeding general inflation for at least the next 18 months.1 Now is a great time for your member schools to leverage the buying power of the Coalition’s Employee Health program through UnitedHealthcare.
Through our partnership with UnitedHealthcare, the Coalition has been providing affordable and sustainable health care benefit programs to your member schools since 2013. UnitedHealthcare is re-launching the Coalition program with new products, innovative network and payment options with hospitals and physicians that change the focus from volume and frequency towards a focus on outcomes and quality, and more effective member engagement in the management of their own care. This exciting program is designed to improve employee health while strengthening your member institution’s bottom line. Some program highlights:
- UnitedHealthcare has locked 2016-2018 administrative fees at 2013-2015 levels – no increase in fees since this program launched.
- Recalibrated pricing on all clinical and wellness programs, including Rally®, UnitedHealthcare’s new digital health and wellbeing experience, helping employees make healthier choices and build healthier habits.
- Integrated pharmacy benefits from Optum Rx with a portion of manufacturer rebates paid directly to your member school.
- Includes the Coalition’s unique College Care PhD (Personal Health Drivers), a wellness program with incentives to help drive engagement and create a culture of health.
UnitedHealthcare has a host of co-branded marketing materials that can help your member schools understand this exciting healthcare program. Our UnitedHealthcare Account Executive, Chris Costin, (502) 318-1861 or email@example.com, will reach out to you to discuss the program and marketing in greater detail.
Thank you for your support of the Coalition and Coalition programs.
